The iWin Network is our community programming channel where we host and broadcast empowering events, conferences, and workshops to engage, empower, and connect social audiences to the power of humanity, action and civic pride.
Through our programs we put art, creativity, and culture front and center of our efforts to drive active solutions to local and national issues hindering the personal, professional and financial growth of our citizens; especially our citizens living in underserved neighborhoods and communities.
Road To We
The Road to We is a quarterly community forum where Memphians come together to find ways to move our city forward together through an open exchange of ideas to tackle ongoing issues of racial inequality, economic disparities, and social/environmental justice.
iWin Summit
The iWin Summit is an annual community gathering of thought leaders, innovators and creatives who come together to engage, empower, and connect along the lines of what maximizes our potential and minimizes our divide. Our workshop sessions focus on community engagement, cultural enlightenment, artistic expression, social and economic empowerment.
Inspirafest!
InspiraFest is an all day celebration of our youth and young adults amplified by motivational workshops, special guests, musical concerts, and shortfilm screenings produced by local filmmakers who accelerate the consciousness and community pride of young people.

InspiraFest is an all d The Maximizing Manhood Symposium Series explores cultural conversations about challenges men from all generations, social and economic backgrounds. Our workshop sessoins confront complex definitions of masculinity, faith, fatherhood, career, stereotypes, racial and ethnic bias, and personal responsibility. Evenmore, we hope these annual gatherings positively shifts the conversation and becomes the catalyst for building more authentic relationships throughout.
